low fuel rail pressure

the gf jeep started running bad and I checked the TPS changed the filter and pinched off the return line. I thought it was the pump so I got ready to replace it, pulled the sender out of the tank and found the line was almost all the way off the sender.
 
He is telling us as a warning.
But I think , by pinching off the return line, the pressure in the fuel went up so high, the hose was pushing off the sender. LOL
You need to check the pressure regulator for the low railpressure.

sorry i for got that part where I checked it with a gauge it had 20 # and wouldnt hold psi. after it had about 30# regulated and 40# with vacum unhooked. And it runs better than it ever has
