Ok, I havent personally talked to the guy, I seen it on craigslist. If you could go look at it that would be really great. I would be planning on driving it back up here to the high desert, so I am most looking for drivability and road worthy. Looks to be in pretty good shape, let me know.

I'll call him tomorrow. I also have a truck, and access to a trailer if you decide you don't want to drive it, just cover fuel.
