What year ZJ to part out?

I understand folks are using ZJ discs on the rear, plus I could use a 4.0L that's still tight, etc...

My question is what year ZJ would be the ideal year to aquire to part out? It seems like if your patient they are always turning up on my local craig's list for under a thousand. If I were to sell some parts off it and keep some it would pratically pay for itself. Am I on the right track here or is it better to leave the recycling to the pros and just buy the parts when I need them?

there are probably more parts on a 96-98 to sell off(think airbags, interior, etc)

But really it just comes down to what kind of deal you are going to find.

you can most likely get the parts off at the pick and pull for under 100.00

Is it not a ZJ with V8 that many use the TRE for a upgrade?
SEATS?
The power stearing pump MAY put out a few more PSI when new anyway.
Booster and master may also work with a little help.
