Later this week, I'm hoping to get that new axle for the jeep. So I'm putting this out there to see if I can rally some troops to get my jeep up to working order and back on the road. It's a laundry list of ish to get done though.
1. Install new axle. From what I've been told, it will bolt right in, but I will need to swap my rotors onto it.
2. New fuel pump. That's gotta be what's wrong with the motor, because now it's running like dog ish in neutral as well.
3. General tune up. Which would be easy enough on my own, but I really have no more days off now that the season's started.
4. New rear leaf springs(pending I find a set).
5. New front coils. (also, pending).
I'd like to hammer all this out in a day, but I don't know if that's really possible- so I'm going to check my schedule & see if I can take a race weekend off and stay home. There's no set date, I'm just seeing what everyone else's schedule looks like, and maybe we could assemble a team to rebuild it. We have the technology.
