check engine light came after i fried the o2 sensor wires on the exhaust manifold fixed that.now its back on after a short time,code say evaporator leak,can't find leak. checked hoses,canister,etc. anybody know what to do or what to look for?

is it throwing up the 0442 code??

i have a 2000 and i had a evaporator leak... it ended up being the gas cap. try checking the seal. a small leak can throw out that code

I was just wondering. My mom's 1998 is throwing up that code right now. Found a pinched vaccuum line, and the another vacuum line (down by the transmission) had a hole in it, the transmission shift linkage had wore a hole in it.
