Cracked Head

So i pulled my head last night and found that the a hole previous owner had put the head back on with about eight cracks in it. So I need to know if i take a head from a 91-95 casting (since they are quite common to be had at JYs) and use it on my 97, do i need to swap anything else with it IE. rods, rockers...things of this nature? I need it running tomorrow so speedy response is welcome.

I got a new head and the only thing different between the two are the 97 had alignment pins and the 95 doesn't. the pins are in the block so do i just pull them out?
