Steering System

yes that is normal if it is just rotating. It has that so that it will not bind when at different angles, on road and or off road.
 
good deal..i'm trying to narrow down my steering "looseness" checking out the bushing and TREs.

Is the join on the steering shaft listed as a "rag joint" at Advanced auto parts?
