Very squeaky steering wheel when turning

I have a 99 xj with a 4.5" lift and 33's. I have been having a really annoying problem that seems to be getting worse. Whenever I turn the wheel now there is a fairly loud and annoying squeeking. I heard it another xj so I'm sure you guys no what's up.

Anything to fix this?

Loose belt? Steering pump gong out maybe.

It's coming from what seems to be in the column though

lube the boot at the steering shaft of the column under the dash with white lithium grease. you can pull the boot op and apply the grease to the shaft and reinstall the boot
