Electric Fan sounds like a train whistle

My electric fan sounds like it's on the way out. It will intermittently begin to whistle like one of those wooden toy train whistles. I'd imagine that the bearings aren't serviceable. I've been checking on Ebay, but wouldn't mind buying new. Can anyone recommend a good source for 97+ e-fan replacements. I haven't had much luck with used electrical devices. My used power lock actuator lasted me about a week.

I replaced one in my Ford plow truck around 10 years ago. It was a Siemens and is still good to this day. Auto Zone sells Siemens blower motors I just bought a fan for my 96 today.
