So... the GF won a gift cards at a recording of the Ellen show (went with my mom). One of them was $150 card for Staples. So we upgraded

Started off as a $259 monitor, Online price was $179, I bought a $30 off $100 coupon for $1.72. So they price matched in store, and added the $30 off coupon. I added the warranty as well, just as insurance, and it came out to $44 out of pocket. Not bad for what I got.

It's an Acer 22" DVI, 2500:1, 5ms. Good specs.

That's good to hear. I know acer makes a good monitor, so far I'm happy with it. And it got great reviews.
