8.25 u joints

My 8.25 keeps kickin out u joints at the axle end, also the u joint don't fit right with the pins they are smashed out. any ideas can i grind a little of the clip or would it make it woble?

Sounds like you need a new yoke.

Either you keep reusing stretched straps and you need a new set of straps, or your yoke is spread and you need a new yoke.

nope put new straps in each time! I was thinkin yoke, isn't the 8.25 yoke sposed to have a tab on each side keepin u joint in?

auctally found out it was the u joint that fail got to hot and started melting down one of the sides.... replaced now and hasn't thrown it yet
