Bought Dorman Trans oil cooler lines today, and they have a light coat of rust inside of them.
Is this normal? It doesn't seem right at all. These lines are aluminum right, and so would not rust. Is this coating inside that looks like rust...NOT rust? The outside of the lines do not have any rust or discoloration that the inside of the lines do.
Does anyone have an input on this? Thanks.
