Mystery Oil on my K&N airfiliter ??

this is either a really dumb idea and i'm gonna get flamed for it OR everyone else is already doing it and i'm just late to the party..

what do you think about spraying Marvel Mystery Oil on the K&N air filter instead of the stuff that comes with the recharge kit?

could be a little too thick, could be impossible to clean when time comes for a recharge.. but i might do a small test on a part of the filter and report back.

I think you're gonna have to be the guinea pig.
