Parking Brake / E-Brake

I need some help brainstorming, guys.
I've got a custom application in which I'm using a mechanical eBrake.
I've already got the calipers that I'll be using.

My problem lays in finding a suitable brake handle.
I thought about using one off of an XJ because it's simple and it works without modification. However, there is a weight issue. I think the XJ brake will work but I'd prefer something much lighter.

Anybody have any other ideas what to use for an eBrake handle?

Also, there's a part that you use to connect 1 cable to 2, looks like this. Anybody know what it's called? I'm not sure what to call it so it's hard to find one in catalogs and whatnot.

IIRC, it's called the adjustment yoke, or something. It's where the individual lines from each brake meet the single line from the pull handle.
