Possible iac problem

I've searched and still cant figure it out. The other day when i went to start it it would only idle after i held my foot on the gas for about 5 minutes. I dont think its the battery as i replaced that 4 months ago with a yellow top optima and i also replaced the terminals to oh its and its 2001 if that makes a differnece :helpme:

Most likely, try unplugging it and then plug it back in. The connection may be wet or corroded.
