Cant stop darn xj tranny leak.

Well found the cause it is the black seal on the shift linkage dealer doesnt sell it or they are dumb and cant figure it out? Any ideas where to get one?

Also it is leaking from the nuetral or backup light switch on passengers side of tranny. Is there a seal behind this sensor?

Also what synthetic do you recommend for the tranny.

Does anyone know the seal number to replace it, also same thing is there a seal on the nuetral saftey switch.

don't use synthetic, use merc/dex III

So no synthetic how come bad for tranny, i know worse leaks but i want to fix these seals
