auto to manual?

My 96 2door 5 speed got wrecked whilei wasat work. now im looking for A new jeep but cant find anything nice in a 5 speed. how hard would it be to change an auto to a manual . im looking at jeeps97 and newer andi think im gonna setttle for a 4 door anybody done this before im concerned about the comp swap and pedal.

Keeping looking for what you want. It's kinda silly to buy an auto and then put in all the time, effort, and money to switch it to a manual.
