Floating Suspension?

On my '95 driving down the road feels very vague, like I'm floating. It's almost the exact same feeling as if you'd be driving say 110+ MPH in a regular car. But at any speed. The chassis has 274K so I more then expect something to be worn, but what to look for?

How old are your shocks? I bought a set of exploer pro comp mx-6 adjustables for my 91 and it made a world of difference in the ride quality. MOney well spent in my opinion. You may want to sheck the front end out and make sure that nothing in the steering is worn out(excessive play).

2x on the shocks, then go from there. Control arm bushings are a likely culprit along with spring bushings, track bar bushings and of course springs.

Shocks and springs are brand new. I'll check out the control arm and track bar bushings.
