Thanks for the replies guys. Once I figured out what they were called and did a quick search on here I found that you don't really need them. Hey, it will be a lot easier to keep the mud and rocks from getting stuck in there.:laugh:

You don't really need them if you don't want. when i replaced my front axle i decided to replace them. i got them at the dealership for $13 a piece. not to bad considering they are factory parts.
