mechanical oil gauge

i just installed a mechanical oil gauge today, and now i know my real oil pressure and im relieved it seems to be great. only question is when i installed this there is air in the line does this need to be primed or will the readings i have now remain the same.

sorry not primed do i need to bleed the line?

Read the info that came with the guage. Or look up the info online for that particular gauge.

Some self bleed, others you have to bleed.....
