My 89 xj, 4.0, the power stering cap blows off the resevoir and spews all over. It either does that or leaks all over from the cap threads. I tried to run the level lower but it just starts whining. It never seems to happen off road or when wheeling , only on the highway. Can I use one of those vented caps with a hose attached?
