Screeching sound soming from engine

HI im new and i just got my sisters old xj. it wined a little until it got hot so i thoght i was the belt.
replaced the belt but wineing was still there so me and my dad have put in a new fan clutch, tensinior pulley, and a new P/S pump with new pulley, but the sound is still there.
it sounds like grinding metal almost.
does anyone have any suggestions before we go buy more parts

My guesses are either water pump, or A/C clutch and/or Compressor... could be couple different things....

Take the belt off spin all the accessories by hand to check for noise or roughness....a mechanics stethoscope might be handy.Could be an alternator bearing....or waterpump...or........
