shoulder reassessment

well,

today at 1130 i went to my ortho appointment. it was just the reassessment from the surgery i had back in october of last year. so i go in and the doctor starts doing the stretches with my shoulder. he says that my shoulder is up to par for the time ive had for it to heal...which is good. i starrted asking questions about my career in the marines and he said that more than likely it wont happen. i asked him for a time frame for my seperation from the marines...they will start the paperwork in september for mme to get out...just thought i would update anyone who was wondering how it was going.


and no grimm the yoga still isnt working :gag:

yeah, just so happens their nex session starts in september iirc...im pretty stoked!

its probably for the better anyways!!! im not too worried about it...6 years in, with 3 tours to iraq, i think i did my time...

Were you going to a yoga studio in Beverly Hills or La Quinta? If not you were doing it wrong! You gotta find one of the ones with the chicks in spandex in order to get the full benefit. ;)
Sucks bout havin to derail your career, but whenever a door shuts, usually there's a window open.
 
im not sure where it was...but the yoga is moer self taught...grimm knows where it is....im sure he can tell ya where it is.

i cant find it on youtube but if videogoogle it "will ferrell yoga" you'll find it :D

well you will be getting paid for the rest of your life so thats cool.

heres something else for yuo to chew on....


they approved the new GI bill.

now combat vets who deployed to iraq will receive BAH and 100% tuition for 4 years up to the cost of the most expensive state university......

so now you can go party in college with me when my MECEP package gets approved!

very true about the GI bill....but I've already got my plans set up...well have to see how it goes
