Pivot Blocks

Well hell! try this one. not the same picture of actual use but a CAD drawing.
Your leaf pack mounts to this which mounts to your axle allowing your pack to lean from side to side increasing your articulation before raising a tire.
Don't know if it is a good idea or not? The Toy guys on this site seem to like it.

I've seen them a few times on the trail. Some guys say its huge, some say they see no difference.

Myself, the idea sketches me out a little, but I'd probably be open to trying them on a trailered rig.

This looks like it would accomplish a similar goal, and be a little cheaper. It is just a double hinge. This is on a local YJ.

Wouldn't this cause similar drive line bind to revolver shackles?
