Yet another 98 XJ Idle switch question

ok I looked some , got confused so now I'll ask . I have a 98 XJ Limited , it came with (in order of left to right ) 12volt cig lighter , fog lights, rear defog, rear wiper, and another 12 volt. I pulled the cover and there is a llittle plug that is unlabeled and tucked up behind the HVAC controls panel that comes off the main wiring loop it looks like ... My question is this the extended idle plug in ? I'm wondering if they wired my XJ with everything and only put the pigtails on the stuff they needed for that model or do I need to rewire a bunch of stuff to get the extended idle switch ? I know they make the 4 rocker wide switch cover etc. and I would like the ext. idle for winching etc ... thanks
