01 XJ motor install wont start HELP ME SOON PLEASE

i got my motor all in and it started once but now it wont start and i have a no buz on my odometer.

i disconnected the CPS and still no bus.

any pointers please help me

The Bus is the communication link between the PCM, the TCM, the guage cluster and the air bag controller. Since it won't start, I suspect that the PCM is not hooked up right.
