cut rear fender

i remember lookin on here one day and found a rear trim were someone cut and tucked their rear fender. not the quarter panel, the place were the flare mounts to. i searched for a few hours last night. if anyone could find that thread and send it to me in pm or as a responce to this that would be great. lookin to put 33"s or maybe even 35"s with 5.5 inch lift
