Armrest peeling back on front door panels?

I have a 97 two door and the front pad on the armrest is peeling away from the plastic backing. I thought that some 3M spray ahesive would do the trick, but after a few days in the hot sun separated again. Any tricks to this fix?

I got the same thing going on. I looked at possibly replacing just that piece, but it looks like its sorta molded into the back piece too... Not sure of a good fix yet.

Mine has that going on too. I ignore it, but when y'all figure out how to fix it I'll be running out to get the stuff to do it.
