01 Timing?

I have an 01 xj and am putting the motor back in tommorow(distributorless ignition).

do i just put that electrical distributor thing back the way it was, and the ECU times it or do i have to time it myself?

i have never done anything with this type of ignition so all help and pointers are appreciated.

ECM does that automatically....

Just make sure that the timing marks on the cam and crank are where they should be....
