MJ leafs to stretch the rear?

Ok I have been doing more research and found out that the Comanchee leafs are 26" to center pin and 31" from pin to shackle compared to XJ leafs that are 23" to CP and 28 5/8" to shackle. I know the MJ is spring under so my ? is will you get any lift out of the stock MJ leafs? Im thinking now this si the route Im going to go cause it will fit into what I want to do as far as the stretching the axle back and the pushing the shackle out to the 45* angle it needs to be at. Just need to check on the lift part. My desired lift is 6" in the rear so any help would be appreciated.
