Brown Dog 'ultra flex' rubber motor mounts

other than vibration dampning, i dont see the advantage of using them over poly.

i still dont see the problem with poly. my poly mounts only vibbed for about 2 weeks. 5 years later the poly mounts are in great shape and have zero vibs, none whats so ever.

Many people report a crappy ride with poly - maybe they didn't keep them in long enough for it to break in?
I think rubber has superior vibe absorbtion and will transmit less to the frame, as well as withstand t-case drops etc better.
May well be all in the head of the driver, though...

Would the Poly Brown Dog mounts be comparable to MORE's rubber mounts?

I could go for a little more vibration, just not the entire jeep shaking loose.

Hey I just got an idea.

I'm going to buy the poly mounts and if they vibrate too much after awhile, I'll simply order the rubber bushings as they fit in the exact same mount. That's brilliant.
