Yeah i think they are just cheapo gauges. Nothing special. Then again, i have $20 ebay "motorsport" gauges and they work just fine.

I've got a tach, oil pres and water temp in my Mustang and they work fine for me and they've been in there for about two years.

Got my fuel gauge and my electric water temp gauge w/ sender from checkers.
$15 each, yeah there cheap but work for now. I have only driven 30' so no reliability report yet.

my water temp worked fine, until i blew a hose and over heated my rx7. it pegged the gauge, now its not accurate and always reads hot.

I sell these at O'Reilly auto. I put the electric sender oil, and water temp gauges in my old civic. I never had a problem with them.
