HP D44/ 9 combo geared to 5.13

Axles are out a a 79' Bronco

HP D44:
-Has the cast on wedges
-Geared to 5.13 ( no miles on the gears yet)
-Rebuilt with new bearings and seals
-98% complete. It needs to have the new outer wheel bearings replaced. I have the bearings that will go with it.
-Rotors have surface rust.
-New brake pads
- 0 miles since rebuild



Ford 9inch:
- Big bearing axle
- Geared to 5.13
- Mini Spool
- Cleaned up and primered and painted flat black
- Have everything for Disk Brake conversion
- Includes, new rotors, new calipers, new pads
- 0 miles since rebuild

Ford axles used a radius arm setup. The axle has diamond shaped mounts that were wrapped in bushing material and clamped to the radius arms via a c-shaped clamp assembly.

the early models had the diamond shaped mount welded on. Those can be cut off and replaced with the bracketry for the XJ 4-link seutp. Later models like the 79 used an axle housing with the diamond shaped mounts cast on, making them unusable for cutting.

I may have used the wrong term with cast C's.
