AA sells a bracket kit to put a SBC in a XJ. As far as the axles go, it'll all be custom. Search around, you'll find what you are looking for.

go to pirate4x4 for help with that kind of stuff, and/or post in the advanced engineering and fab section. offhand, my suggestion is be sure to beef up all the mounts for everything because with all that power and torque, it'd be real easy to rip right through all of the sheet metal in the xj's unibody.
