Down stream 02 Sencer not getting any power please help???

I have a 96 XJ and the down stream o2 (after cat) is not getting any power any one know were it gets the power from or what fuse it is or any other idea's I'am kinda stuck on this one any help would be great.:huh:

Not getting any power? Have you tested the wires?

O2 fuses are located in the Power Control Module
(little black box on the passenger fender) possibly 10amp?

Are you checking power to the heater? Or are you looking for signal voltage?

yes I tested the wires and not getting any power to the heater
