T-case and Tranny Gear Ratios 92 XJ AW4/NP231

Been searching on and off for several weekends. I just need somebody to confirm I have the correct gear ratios for my tranny and tcase:

AW4:
3rd = 1:1
4th = .753:1 (Overdrive)

NP231 in high = 1:1

Is this correct?

Background (this is the boring stuff you don't have to read): I have a 92 XJ stock with 30"s. I'll be getting a 3.5" RE lift - tires will be 31"s. I know 4.10 gears will be a near match for stock gearing. However, I've been considering 4.56s because I will be using the XJ to tow a Samurai on a 1300lb trailer (wife made me sell the pickup). And I don't drive faster than 70 on the freeway, much.

I've figured with the 31"s and 4.56s, at 70 MPH, I'll be spinning 2692 RPMs in overdrive and 3575 RPMs in 3rd. (That's 320 / 424 more RPMs, respectively.)

I want to thank all of you for the board, the wealth of information here and Crash in particular for all his work getting a lot of the info organized!

Novak left out a few details.

Pre-1991 (non-HO Jeeps) AW tranmissions had 21-spline output shafts and a 4th gear ratio of 0.705. 1991 and later units have 23-spline output shafts and a 4th gear ratio of 0.75. In 1996,
