I had some of those Ranchos on my TJ for a couple of years and they worked just fine; stronger than the tubular arms they replaced. However, you should remove them and check the bushings from time to time. The inner steel crush sleeve or insert (whatever it's called) in mine started to stretch causing a bit of clunking and shiftiness.
