It is competly stock. They are 17 x 17.5 off an 04 Grand Cherokee.

I don't think the lug patterns are the same. IIRC, the later GC's used a 5 on 5 pattern, an XJ uses a 5 on 4.5 pattern

I don't think they will. In 99 the Grand Cherokees went to a 5 x 5 bolt pattern, different than the 5 x 4.5 that they previously shared with the Cherokee. I learned this myself the hard way after buying a similar set for my 87.
