variable speed controller for conderser fan & AC blower

As the title says, I want to know if anyone has found a good solid state (energy efficient) variable speed controller for condenser fans & AC blowers, either aftermarket or junk yard pulls from late model vehicles. Needs to be able to handle up to 30 amps at full voltage.
