All the dealers I've called said they can't get it, it's an export only item. Does anyone know of somewhere local that might get it? Or somewhere I can order it online?

try asking in OEM tech, i know theres someone on this board who can get the chinese cherokee newer style front ends, maybe they can help with other export only items.

If you have any fabrication skilz make one. some 3/4 angle, 1" flat stock, some all thread, a few nuts and bolts and vualla, you have a battery tray.
