Dash lights work but not A/C Vent pannel

Hi,
The wife got me a 95 a couple of months ago but I just got in on the road. It was too cold to work on it.
Yeah cool, Been doing some day time driving to get used to it.
Just took it on the first night run, all outside lights are fine. However I did noticed that the dash lights do work, but are dim, even with the knob turned all the way over. Also the A/C pannel lights do not work so I cannot see the where the vent adjuster is
The main shifter pannel lights up but the 4wheel pannel in not lit.
Radio lights up oh yeah!!
I don't think this is how it's supposed to be . and if it is, any suggestions on lighting up my toy would be welcome.

There are numerous bulbs in the dash, I would believe yuor have burnt out.

The A/C control uses the same as the tiny bulbs in the dummy light panel. I forgot the number of the bulb......

The 4WD indicator uses a 194 bulb.

Mine is an auto swap from a manual, my 4wd console ligths up, but not the auto indicator. One of the these days I will fix that....
