Jeep sighting

Seen a newer (97+) XJ at 24 hr fitness tonight located on Bear Valley Road. The Jeep was red in color, had cut fenders, a roof rack, and a naxja sticker on the front fender, where it normally would say cherokee, has some worn out 31's or 32's on it with black rims, tinted windows. Would like to find out who's jeep it is...let me know if you got any idea, sorry no pics...

I think I saw a Jeep matching this description in the SoCal Fest photos...but it could have been YouTube as I watched a bunch of vids today.
