Just wondering what people have done for repairs when they've noticed a crack on their unibody by the steering box.... let see those fixes!!!!

Basically, you drill a hole at the ends of the crack, then weld it up.
Use plate at both sides of the unibody to re-assemble.
The jury is out as to whether a steering box brace is good or that it transfers the torsional load stress.
