the RE ones are valved specificaly for the XJ when yo specify the XJ shocks I think. I would go RE

its only an extra hundred bucks to get the RE monotubes for the same length. spend a little more money now and worry less in the future

i like the twin tubes. I live a few miles from rubicon and they have always replaced a blown shock for free no reciept necessary. they can take a lot of beatings before they finally blow.
