Need list on materials needed to do disk conversion

I have an 89 cherokee that I swapped in a 93 cherokee 8.25. I want to upgrade to disk in the rear can anyone tell me what year ZJ's and exactly what parts I need to get to due this swap. Its time for rear brakes and I would rather put the disk on then rebuild the drum brakes. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do a search. There is tons of info about this.
