bowing coils

my mj currently has a 3in rancho that has sagged a bit but the coils are bowing forward at the bottom does that mean that the rancho lowers are a little log for three inches and would i be fine running that lift and adding a 1.75 daystar spacer, or would it ride like $#!+, what else would i need besides a new track bar which i dont think i need because my passenger tire sticks out about an inch more than the driver side

yes the track bar is out, mayby just out of adjustment.
and as for your bowing of the spring, i dont think your caster alignment is proper, u might want to have that checked.

Can also be caused by the stock spring isolator collapsing due to wear.
