Cylinder 1 misfire

98xj 164XXX miles on it, having cylinder #1 misfire code. did a tune up within last 3k (cap, rotor, wires plugs) and still throwing code. any suggestions?
 
How was the sparkplug when you took it out? Did you gap them properly? Take it out now and check. Could be an injector issue.

Also, try running some Seafoam through it.
