So on my NP231 t-case, im running into a slight problem. I have the stock slip yoke in it, and a while back my u joint snapped, well i got the new one in, and i go to hook it up, and the drive shaft is about an inch to short from reaching the rear diff.

So I look at it and run into a problem, the slip yoke on my t-case isnt slipping. Its stuck in the fully compressed position. Any ideas on how to get it loose and slipping again?

Thanks
