Offenhauser Intake Manifolds?

I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on this. Do they put out one that would work with EFI instead of having to run a carb? Is it work the 3 bills?

the 99-01 4.0L intake manifold is the way to go, with the curved runners and greater internal volume.

theyre common, since the TJ used them until 2006

that carb manifold doesnt have the bosses to mill out for injectors anyways, they likely dont make a FI version

Will a 4.2 mani bolt up to a 4.0 block? Why would one wish to do so, even if it would? I agree the 99+ intake is the way to go. Hope to have mine on soon.

I was looking at some stuff at www.cliffordperformance.com and they have one that supposedly takes either a carb or a throttle body. They are about $300, I'll be able to get a decent 99-01 intake mani from a yard for much cheaper. I will most likely end up going with that. About how much of a jump in performance/gas mileage will I be looking at?

I've heard of 15+ hp with 99-up manifold, after a header and exhaust upgrade.
