White jeepspeed stickered xj on 605

What time of day do you see it?? North or South bound?? Can you describe the XJ a little better??

I used to see a built white XJ on the 91, but he drove like an pecker-head and I just wanted to see him.. well you know.. ;)

White with a huge black jeep speed sticker on the side. I think it had some kind of rack they were heading southbound on the 605 around 8am sometimes I see it on the 405 too.

I've seen that one on the 405 a couple of times too. He's not the pecker-head I was referring too earlier.
